Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions of this Website is entered into between Marcorp Innovations, Inc. dba Resinate® (hereinafter referred to as “Resinate”) and the Purchaser of Resinate® products (hereinafter referred to as “Purchaser”). By entering and using this website you agree to the following:
Purchaser is at least 18 year of age. Anyone under the age of 18 is prohibited by local, state, and/or federal law.
Purchaser agrees to follow the manufacturer’s use of Resinate® as directed on the bottle. Use of Resinate® products is entirely at the risk and discretion of the user and Resinate® will not be responsible for any use or misuse of the products.
Resinate® is copyrighted, registered and patented. Purchaser agrees that any and all images and the Resinate® name on this website are prohibited from use without consent.
Purchaser is not entering this website to gather information for the purpose of prosecuting Resinate’s owners and/or representatives.
Wholesale and Retail prices are available to legitimate Distributors and Store Suppliers who present a State resale permit, vendor license or tax exemption certificate. Please provide your information and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping and Policies
ORDERS
At this time, Resinate® ships only to locations within the Continental United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands). We do not ship to international locations. Resinate® inspects all packages to ensure product is securely wrapped for shipping. Resinate® is not responsible for damage once it leaves the manufacturing facility.
Resinate® will ship orders within 2-3 Business Days by UPS. Resinate® makes every effort to ship orders as soon as possible. Purchaser will be notified by email if Resinate® is unable to ship within the specified timeframe.
UPS Shipping rates are calculated on a combined basis of weight and destination.
Return Policy
Resinate’s return policy is 10 days. Once the 10 days has expired, Resinate® cannot and will not offer a refund. To be eligible for a refund, Purchaser’s item must be sealed, unused and in the same condition it was received. Purchaser can contact Resinate® by email at resinate@resinatecleaner.com.
Once the return is received and inspected, Resinate® will contact Purchaser by email. After inspecting the return, then Resinate® will contact Purchaser regarding the approval or rejection of his/her refund.
If Purchaser is approved, then Resinate® will process the refund, and the amount will be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Purchaser will be responsible for paying his/her own shipping costs for returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
